DATA WE PROCESS

When you request a reservation we process the details you provide (name, email, phone, date, party size and notes) for the sole purpose of managing your reservation and contacting you about it.

RETENTION

Reservation data is kept for a maximum of 12 months and then deleted.

RECIPIENTS

We do not share your data with third parties. Confirmation emails are sent through an email provider acting as data processor.

YOUR RIGHTS

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@bodeboqueria.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
